Good Work Foundation helps young people build real futures with skills, work and dignity. We design learning that connects students to the digital world, practical skills and real jobs. Our approach is simple: meet learners where they are and give them the tools to grow.
We work with schools, partners and communities to close the gap between education and work. Our programmes combine digital learning, career readiness and purposeful pathways. We support learners from early schooling through to work and entrepreneurship.
Our mission is to unlock opportunity and break cycles of exclusion. We challenge HOW, we learn WHAT we learn, and WHO has access to learning. We believe every young person deserves access to quality learning, meaningful work and the tools to shape their own future. We listen, we adapt and we build solutions that are practical, measurable and life-changing.
Good Work Foundation started because too many young people are left out of education and meaningful work. We saw that access to technology and relevant skills could change that. Over time we’ve grown into a trusted partner in education and workforce development, proven in rural and urban contexts. Our work is about building capability, confidence and long-term success.
