At The Helpers, we decided to do things differently.
We believe that the organisations changing lives every day shouldn’t have to pay simply to be found. Whether you’re feeding families, rescuing animals, protecting the environment, supporting children or creating opportunities in your community, your impact isn’t measured by your marketing budget.
That’s why joining The Helpers is completely free. Not discounted. Not free for a trial period. Not free until you need an extra feature. Just free.
There are no registration fees, no monthly subscriptions and no hidden costs waiting around the corner. If you’re a registered cause doing meaningful work, we want you to have a place where people can discover you, learn about what you do and find ways to get involved.
Why?
Because we know that every rand matters.
Every rand spent on a directory listing is a rand that could have bought food, funded transport, paid for school supplies, rescued an animal or planted another tree. We’d much rather see that money stay where it belongs: with the people and causes creating real change.
The Helpers was never built to become another pay-to-play platform. It was created to connect good people with good organisations, making it easier for volunteers to find opportunities, donors to discover causes and communities to support the work happening around them.
When every organisation has an equal opportunity to be discovered, everyone benefits. Volunteers find places to give their time. Donors uncover causes they never knew existed.
