At SAFE Fostering Network, we believe that "adopting the problem away" is no longer enough.
In KwaZulu-Natal, the crisis of abandoned, abused, and unwanted companion animals has reached unprecedented levels. Rescue centres are overflowing, and the cycle of suffering continues to grow. We realised that to save lives tomorrow, we have to change the system today.
Our Ethos Our tagline, “Taking responsibility for change,” is a promise. We don’t just look at the animal in the cage; we look at the community surrounding it. We believe that by uplifting our people and addressing the root causes of animal suffering—poverty, lack of education, and overpopulation—we create a safer KZN for everyone.
