Bella’s Blessings

Bella’s Blessings is a community-driven, heart-led foster home and registered place of safety dedicated to providing immediate care, protection, and dignity to vulnerable babies and children in crisis — including those with special needs and medical complexities. Founded and run by a husband-and-wife team, Bella’s Blessings opens its home to infants and young children who require urgent placement due to abandonment, neglect, or unsafe circumstances. We provide short- to medium-term foster care in a safe, nurturing environment while social workers and child protection services work toward long-term solutions. We have a particular heart and calling for children with special needs, disabilities, developmental delays, and medical challenges — children who are often hardest to place and most at risk. Every child in our care is met with patience, understanding, and unconditional love, and their individual needs are supported through hands-on, responsive care. Bella’s Blessings operates without government funding and is sustained through personal income and the generosity of our community. Every essential — from nappies and formula to medical supplies, specialist equipment, and therapies — is made possible by the kindness of those who stand alongside us. At the core of Bella’s Blessings is the belief that every child matters, regardless of ability, background, or circumstance.
