Our Mission

“Adonai House is a registered non profit, Christ-centered organization dedicated to families caring for loved ones with severe disabilities. We address the isolation and burnout these families face by providing emotional support, resources, and creating a community to ensure no family walks this journey alone.”

Why We Exist

There is a heartbreaking shortage of special needs care centres and support services in our region. As parents of children with profound disabilities, we’ve lived this reality. The mental, emotional, and physical toll affects the entire family—especially siblings. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to walk alongside these families. Our support includes:
  • Parent and sibling support groups
  • Therapy Access for our disabled children and adults
  • Practical referrals and a dedicated helpline
  • A growing community built on solidarity and hope
Our long-term vision is to open a care centre in the greater Blouberg area—offering the professional, compassionate care these families desperately need. “You are not alone. We’re here to help, support, and guide you—every step of the way.”

Challenge the Stigma

Every Child Has Potential

At Adonai House, we believe that disability does not define worth. Every child, regardless of their challenges, carries unique value and untapped potential. They deserve the chance to be seen, celebrated, and supported. “We all have value to give—some just need the right platform to shine.” – Kasey -Founder That’s why we’re here: to create spaces where children with profound intellectual disabilities are not only cared for but encouraged to thrive. Through nurturing support, connection, and understanding, we help families uncover the light in every child. Together, we can build a world where every child is recognised for who they are—not for what they lack.
