Verification & Listing Agreement
Introduction
Welcome! By registering your organisation on The Helpers, you agree to the following Verification & Listing Agreement.
This ensures that all listings are accurate, trustworthy, and up to date, protecting both our users and the organisations listed.
Verification Consent
By submitting your organisation:
- You authorise The Helpers to verify your NPO/NGO/PBO registration and supporting documents.
- Verification may include checking your registration number, online presence, or direct communication with your organisation.
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your organisation.
Obligations of the Organisation
You agree to:
- Keep all information on your listing accurate and up to date.
- Update your listing every six (6) months to maintain an active status.
- Provide a contact person who is authorised to manage the listing.
- Grant The Helpers permission to display:
- Logos
- Text and descriptions
- Images and supporting documents
This permission is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide for the purpose of publishing your listing.
No Fees
Listing your organisation on The Helpers is completely free. There are no subscription fees or costs for verification or publication.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Helpers, Good Things Guy, Druff, and their employees or contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- False or misleading information provided by your organisation
- Misuse of your listing or content
- Any interactions or transactions between you and users
Right to Suspend or Remove Listings
The Helpers reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing if:
- Verification fails
- Information is misleading or harmful
- Legal or ethical obligations are violated
- The listing has not been updated in 6 months
Consent & Agreement
By ticking the checkbox below and submitting your registration, you:
- Agree to all the terms in this Verification & Listing Agreement
- Confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful
- Consent to the display and publication of your content on The Helpers
- I agree to the Verification & Listing Agreement and consent to the publication of my organisation’s details on The Helpers platform.
