Hillcrest AIDS Centre Trust (HACT) has been walking alongside communities in KwaZulu-Natal since 1990, bringing practical care, dignity, and opportunity to people whose lives have been impacted by HIV and AIDS. Working mainly in the Valley of 1000 Hills, our programmes reach some of the most vulnerable families with services designed to restore hope and strengthen futures.
Our work is built on three pillars. Health, where compassionate healthcare, counselling, and hospice and palliative care ensure that individuals and families receive the support they need to live with dignity. Education, where young people gain the knowledge, confidence, and life skills to make informed choices and build healthier futures. Empowerment, where skills development and income-generating initiatives help families become financially resilient and independent.
When you support HACT, you are not simply donating your resources. You are helping to strengthen families, uplift communities, and create lasting change where it matters most.
