Kindness Like Confetti – Project Overview

Kindness Like Confetti is a community initiative that focuses on practical ways to bring comfort, dignity, and support to people in need. The Pad Princess We provide sanitary pads and menstrual care products to girls and women who can’t afford them. This helps keep girls in school and gives women the dignity of managing their periods with confidence. Dignity Bags We pack bags filled with basic toiletries, a blanket, scarf, and small comforts for adults, and crayons, colouring books, and a teddy for children. These are given to survivors of sexual violence through police stations and support centres. Project Uplift (Bras) We collect gently worn and new bras and pass them on to women who don’t have access to something so simple yet essential. A bra brings comfort, support, and a boost of confidence. Soup Kitchen Our team cooks and serves meals to families and individuals struggling with hunger. A warm meal goes a long way in bringing hope and showing care. JJP Knitting A group of knitters who make beanies, scarves, and baby clothes that are shared with people in need. Every stitch is a reminder that someone cares.
